As a Network & Systems Support Engineer – N1/N2 Infrastructure Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in critical IT infrastructure services across diverse sectors.
You will play a vital role in ensuring flawless operational continuity, supporting complex multi-technology environments, and driving technical excellence in infrastructure maintenance and incident resolution.

Your main responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for IT infrastructure and end users, diagnosing, resolving, and escalating incidents efficiently.
Administer and support Windows Server and Workstation environments to ensure optimal performance.
Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based systems for smooth operation.
Support virtualization platforms and backup solutions to safeguard data integrity and system availability.
Handle network and security incidents across LAN, WLAN, firewalls, and access controls to protect infrastructure.
Support telephony, satellite, and broadcast systems to ensure seamless communication channels.
Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service availability proactively.
Document incidents, procedures, and technical interventions for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate effectively with N3 teams, network/security engineers, and external vendors to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 4 years of experience in IT technical support or infrastructure operations.
Strong understanding of systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments, including virtualization and storage.
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple domains — systems, network, telecom.
A structured, methodical approach to incident resolution.
Good communication skills in French and a service-oriented mindset.
The ability to work effectively in a production/critical environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience in telecom, satellite, or broadcast environments.
Exposure to cybersecurity tools and firewall management.
Previous experience working with heterogeneous or multi-site infrastructures.
Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent French communication skills (verbal and written).
