This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

1–2 years of experience in IT operations, support, or similar roles

Strong interest in operations and system reliability, more than pure development

Background in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or similar analytical fields

Basic knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with monitoring tools, APIs and system performance metrics

Basic understanding of IT service management concepts

Knowledge of programming or automation is a plus

Understanding of software quality and basic security principles

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Good communication skills, especially in business/industrial contexts

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Availability for on-call rotation (approximately every 5 weeks)

Strong willingness to learn and grow within IT operations

Main responsibilities:

Monitor and support the availability and performance of business-critical systems and applications

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of digital platforms supporting industrial environments

Analyze incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and service disruption

Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, business) to improve system reliability

Use monitoring tools and metrics to proactively identify risks and optimize performance

Interact with APIs and databases to investigate and resolve operational issues

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous system support

Support environments following Agile/Scrum methodologies
