A2F Consulting is an international consulting firm with teams working in Germany, the United States, and Portugal.

We offer management advisory services and specialized IT solutions, primarily to the financial sector in emerging markets.

We are looking for an Oracle PL/ SQL Apex Analyst and Developer to expand our IT team in Portugal.

This is an onsite position (not remote).

The role involves both front-end and back-end development, data analysis, and close collaboration with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Assist in analyzing user requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Support database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Create reports, dashboards, and interactive pages to support business decision-making.

Test, debug, and document applications and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Basic experience with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.

1-3 years of work experience in ICT, experience in financial sector would a plus

Mínimum 1 year as an Oracle Apex developer

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
