Requirements: -Relevant training for the role; -Previous experience in the position; -Availability to work on board on the Douro River during the cruise season; -Full and immediate availability.

Responsibilities: -Create recipes for pastry products and desserts; -Prepare desserts and sweets; -Supervise the pastry team; -Manage ingredients and stock.
