What is this challenge about:
Manage and organize project-related information, documentation, and contracts.
Support project tracking activities, including timelines, deliverables, and progress monitoring.
Perform cost analysis and financial control across projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Monitor project budgets, resources, and server/cost allocation when applicable.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support audit response processes.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions for optimization.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure adherence to methodologies and governance standards.

What we are looking for:
+3 years of experience working as a PMO
Experience in managing information, contracts, and project activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong analytical skills and experience in cost control.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Experience supporting projects and analyzing servers/cost structures is valued.
Critical thinking skills with ability to propose process improvements.
Experience handling audits and compliance requirements.
Financial management competencies.
Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
Fluent level of English.
