We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

PMO Assistant – Agile Tools & Project Governance – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Understanting and Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
  • Experience in task coordination and follow-up tracking
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to prepare structured reports and meeting minutes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of workflow configuration and tool administration
  • Awareness of ITIL principles
  • Experience supporting governance or compliance-driven environments
  • Exposure to international / cross-functional teams
  • Professional communication skills in english (written and verbal)
