We are currently looking for a Polish Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company.
Responsibilities
- Credit and Collections;
- Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;
- Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
- interaction with external customers and suppliers;
- Validate or complet accurate and timely reporting.
Supports/researches relevant data;
- Reporting;
You need to be
Fluent in English Polish (at least a B2 level);
Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);
6 months (minimum) of experience in a similar position;
Team Player attitude;
Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);
Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
