Focus

day-to-day execution, flow management, and operational efficiency

Accountabilities:

Portfolio delivery flow: ensuring requests move efficiently without exceeding capacity while maintaining a steady, balanced workload and optimizing delivery

Portfolio team effectiveness: fostering seamless collaboration among all team members (e.g., domain representatives, Request Leads, Request Owners)

Portfolio rituals: ensure effective cadence by organizing portfolio rituals (e.g., intake board, quarterly planning, Request Lead sync)

Portfolio backlog: continuously update the request list — including onboarding new items — and ensure prioritization (in close collaboration with the strategic role)

Responsibilities:

Establish portfolio flow by managing requests, risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth execution and optimal resource utilization

Measure portfolio performance through data-driven evaluation, overseeing data collection and processing, defining key metrics, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement

Coach, train, and lead the PFM team to optimize value creation and enhance working methods

Facilitate collaboration and periodic synchronization events for visibility and transparency

Foster stakeholder collaboration, primarily at the C&D level, as needed or requested

Establish and communicate calendars for C&D Portfolio Rituals, ensuring readiness for quarterly planning

Organize and prioritize the Portfolio Backlog to maximize value delivery efficiently

Requirements:

Strong experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or IT/Business Transformation Governance

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology domains

Strong facilitation, communication, and decision-making skills

Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking portfolio performance metrics

Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
