Description
Workster is looking for talented EU Portuguese speakers at a C1 level to join our clients dynamic customer service team, located in Greece.
This is an excellent opportunity to represent some of the world’s leading companies across various industries and provide exceptional service.
By joining our clients’ teams, you will have the chance to work with major brands such as Google, Facebook, and Mercedes-Benz, among others in the technology, fashion, and automotive sectors.
This role is in Athens and you will receive a full relocation package with paid flight and first weeks in a hotel while you find your permanent accomodation.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer service in Portuguese via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines
- Collaborate with other customer experts to resolve open cases
- Exact tasks will be discussed according to the selected work position Your Requirements
- Native/fluent in written and spoken EU Portuguese (C1)
- Strong English communication skills (B2)
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
