What is this challenge about:

Join a Digital Workplace & Services team within Security & Operations

Design and govern automation and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot AI

Define platform governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod)

Implement and evolve the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit

Support ALM processes and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions

Mentor Citizen Developers and promote best practices across the organization

What we are looking for

Mid-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code + Pro-Code approach)

Experience with Copilot AI integrations

Solid knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL

Good understanding of JSON, APIs, programming logic, and variables

Experience with governance, DLP policies, and environment management

Creative mindset with strong autonomy and critical thinking

Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);

Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto

Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
