Descrição

IT House is looking for a PowerBuilder Developer for a client in the software development sector within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using PowerBuilder;

Develop and manage databases;

Collaborate in the development of .NET components (namely C#);

Use version control systems (such as GIT) for efficient code management;

Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, identifying and resolving issues.

Profile

Strong hands-on experience with PowerBuilder (real development experience is essential);

Solid understanding of database development, ideally with Oracle and/or SQL Server;

Working knowledge of .NET technologies (C# is a plus), to complement PowerBuilder work when needed;

Experience using GIT or similar version control systems;

Experience working in structured enterprise development environments, including the use of supporting tools and standard development processes;

Accounting knowledge or background on that matter will be valuable;

Good communication skills and the ability to integrate into a team with varied responsibilities;

English level (>B2 or equivalent);

Additional languages such as French would be a plus;

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle complexity;

Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently when required.
