Principal Product Experimentation Analyst – Remote

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • 6+ years in experimentation leadership roles
  • Expert in SQL, Python/R, and statistical methodologies
  • Experience with statistical analysis and tools like Excel, R, or Python
  • Deep knowledge of experimentation platforms and digital analytics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences, experience with data visualization and storytelling
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence strategic decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Experienced in digital analytics (knows how to read tracking specs & how to investigate tracking issues etc.)
  • Proficient in Python or R for statistical modelling
  • Skilled in using Optimizely, Tableau, and data dictionaries like Alation (or similar tools)
