Conheça o papel de Process Engineer (Av EM) na nossa empresa líder em soluções de armazenamento, onde você terá a oportunidade de contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos do nosso plantão principal em Aveiro.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives: Optimize the use of resources to reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze process KPIs: Track and evaluate key performance indicators such as yield, throughput, downtime, etc., to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to implement improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs): Create and execute standardized procedures for efficient operations.
  • Provide technical support: Offer training and guidance to production supervisors and operators.

📋 Requisitos

  • Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in Production process engineering activities, with a focus on continuous improvement (a plus).
  • Hands-on approach, working closely with the Production shopfloor.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
