📋 Descrição da Função

Convidamos você para o cargo de Process Engineer (Prt EM) na nossa empresa líder em soluções de armazenamento, o TOON.

Nossa principal atividade é desenvolver, fabricar e instalar sistemas de armazém de qualidade superior para a armazenagem de pallets ou itens pequenos e longos, bem como estruturas mezaninas.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives: Optimize the use of resources to reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.): Analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor: Collaborate with production, logistics, and maintenance teams for improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation: Create and execute standardized operational procedures, work instructions, and process documents.
  • Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators: Offer technical training and support to production supervisors and operators.

📋 Requisitos

  • Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area.
  • Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus).
  • Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor.
  • Proactive, team player, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment.
  • English fluent, both verbal and written.
