stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions.

Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.

As a Process Engineer you will review and optimize the production processes of stow’s Ovar plant Main responsibilities: .

Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resources .

Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvement .

Work with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projects .

Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation .

Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators Qualifications .

Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area .

Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus) .

Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor .

Proactive, us player, with strong problem-solving skills .

Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions .

Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment .

English fluent, both verbal and written .
