📋 Descrição da Função

A nossa atividade central é o desenvolvimento, fabricação e instalação de sistemas de racking de alta qualidade para a armazenagem de pallets ou itens pequenos e longos, bem como estruturas de mezanino. Como Process Engineer, você será responsável por avaliar e otimizar os processos de produção da nossa unidade Ovar.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resources
  • Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
  • Work with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projects
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators

📋 Requisitos

  • Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
  • Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)
  • Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
  • Proactive, team player, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions
  • Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment
  • English fluent, both verbal and written
