KEY RESPONSABILITIES Gather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.

Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.

Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.

Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.

Review functional implications of technical decisions.

Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.

Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.

Act as a subject matter expert on Retail digital solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).

Minimum requirements Technical Skills 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.

Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.

Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

Experience with Retail applications and how to design and optimize them.

Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.

Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.

Soft Skills Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.

Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Comfortable working usly in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Education & Language Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

Fluency in English is required.

French or other languages are a plus.
