📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team in Portugal. This role is perfect for someone eager to take on an exciting new opportunity!

🎯 Responsabilidades

• Designing end-to-end product experiences for a large-scale, data-intensive B2B platform.
• Translating complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver a consistent and unified UX across multiple product areas.
• Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, concept validation, and contextual inquiries.
• Creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product discovery and delivery.
• Defining UX requirements for A/B and multivariate testing to validate design decisions.
• Working side by side with engineering teams to ensure high-quality UI implementation aligned with design intent.
• Contributing to and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Advocating for UX best practices and design thinking within agile (SCRUM) environments, delivering iteratively and continuously.
• Applying AI-aware design principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance both the product experience and design workflows.

📋 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience working across all stages of the UX/Product Design process.
• Solid background in UX Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, B2B applications.
• Strong experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions.
• High proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems.
• Deep understanding of Lean UX principles and agile product development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions.
• Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered or AI-assisted products.
• Fluent level of English (mandatory).
• Availability to work remotely in Portugal.
