What is this challenge about:

Designing end-to-end product experiences for a large-scale, data-intensive B2B platform operating in a high-impact, high-complexity domain.

Translating complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver a consistent and unified UX across multiple product areas.

Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, concept validation, and contextual inquiries.

Creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product discovery and delivery.

Defining UX requirements for A/B and multivariate testing to validate design decisions.

Working side by side with engineering teams to ensure high-quality UI implementation aligned with design intent.

Contributing to and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

Advocating for UX best practices and design thinking within agile (SCRUM) environments, delivering iteratively and continuously.

Applying AI-aware design principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance both the product experience and design workflows.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience working across all stages of the UX/Product Design process;

Solid background in UX Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture;

Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, B2B applications;

Strong experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions;

High proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping;

Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems;

Deep understanding of Lean UX principles and agile product development;

Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams;

Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions;

Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered or AI-assisted products;

Fluent level of English (mandatory);

Availability to work remotely in Portugal.
