What is this challenge about:

Define and evolve reusable platform capabilities by abstracting complex and unstructured business problems into scalable solutions.

Identify patterns and common components across use cases to ensure consistency and reusability throughout the platform.

Translate vague or high-level requirements into well-structured, clearly documented product deliverables.

Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure technically feasible and scalable solutions.

Design platform features with strong consideration for integrations, governance, and enterprise B2B requirements.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and solution design.

Balance abstraction and pragmatism, ensuring progress while maintaining long-term platform coherence.

Maintain high standards of quality across platform features, refusing “good enough” solutions where excellence is required.

Drive momentum and initiative within product teams, proactively pushing work forward.

Make informed decisions by evaluating trade-offs, questioning assumptions, and applying sound judgment.

What we are looking for:

+5 years of experience as a Product Manager

Strong abstraction, pattern recognition, and systems thinking skills, with the ability to design reusable platform components.

Proven experience decomposing complex problems into structured, actionable product requirements.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, reusable documentation.

Solid technical fluency, including understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns.

Experience using AI tools to support product discovery, analysis, and decision-making.

Background in SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, or highly configurable B2B solutions.

High quality standards and a strong commitment to excellence in platform design.

Pragmatic mindset, knowing when to abstract and when to deliver practical solutions.

Living in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid role)

Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
