We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join the team of our client - a .

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

Coordinate programs and IT initiatives, ensuring the adjustment to information systems and internal patterns;

Ensure necessary documentation and adoption of used methodologies;

Plan, manage and control activities, focusing on the optimization of resources;

Promote the improvement of processes, ensuring the allignment with IT best practices;

Support the definition of technological roadmap, focusing on transformation and innovation.

What will be required from you?

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar area;

Minimum 04 years of experience in the coordination of programs and projects of technological transformation;

Background and knowledge in program and project management, with solid knowledge of management methodologies, standards and best practices;

Previous experience with project management tools, ideally Jira;

Ability to support the definition of roadmap and technological evolution architecture;

Good communication, collaboration and leadership skills;

Strong ability to control and oversee projects, defining clear priorities, and overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously;

Fluency in English, written and spoken.
