IT House is recruiting a Project Manager to strengthen the team at a leading client in Lisbon

Main Responsabilities:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects from initiation to completion

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet defined objectives

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders

Profile

Strong experience in project management (including methodologies and best practices)

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong local governance and coordination capabilities

Expertise in stakeholder management (particularly with onsite teams, HPE, NetOps, and Workplace)

Ability to coordinate site access and logistics (e.g., site surveys, vendor visits)

Experience in on-site operational project execution

Hands-on involvement in hardware delivery and follow-up activities

Understanding of local constraints and operational realities specific to the Lisbon IDB environment

Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within the insurance industry

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Offer:
