Must-Have:
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders
Experience in defining a project plan in collaboration with different teams (internal and client)
Proficiency in systematizing solutions to be implemented by the client
Experience working with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas
Experience in analysis, planning, organization and prioritizing tasks
Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
Team spirit
English proficiency
Would be great if you have:
Experience in the financial and payments sector and/or digital solutions area
Knowledge of Infrastructure management
Mastery of system architecture and technologies
Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
PMO Certification
