🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end project governance: scope, planning, RAID, milestones, deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, SMEs, IT security, data).
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure fast-paced, high-quality delivery.
  • Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, handle changes, and escalate blockers proactively.
  • Produce clear reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes (security, change management, documentation).

📋 Requisitos

  • 5–10+ years of project management in IT or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform and conversational AI project lifecycles.
  • Experience managing international stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and structuring skills; able to push clarity and accountability.
  • English mandatory (fluent).
  • Nice-to-Have: PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft CoE or enterprise AI programs.
  • Prior exposure to consumer goods or FMCG environments.
