Adecco is hiring an Purchase-to-Pay!

You will work in a multinational organisation with an office in Braga.

We are looking for an Purchase-to-Pay!

You will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team.

If you feel ready to take on a new professional challenge, find out all the details below Your day-to-day tasks - Managing invoicing processes;

  • Closing accounts payable units;
  • Preparing accounts payable reports for internal and external users;
  • Verifying and controlling payment proposals;
  • Resolving incidents associated with the accounts payable module;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, audits and compliance processes;
  • Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and other internal areas to resolve discrepancies;
  • Supporting process improvement and automation of the accounts payable module.

What we are looking for in you - Experience in accounts payable processes (preferably in SAP);

  • Knowledge of invoicing;
  • Strong organisational, teamwork and attention to detail skills;
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or incidents;
  • Focus on meeting deadlines;
  • Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and other internal areas;
  • Proficiency in Excel (eliminatory factor);
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
