Role Overview:

We are looking for an QA Automation Engineer to integrate our teams, contributing to the quality and reliability of web and API-based applications.

This role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions, with a strong emphasis on modern testing frameworks and solid programming fundamentals, supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery practices in Agile environments.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications;

Develop automated tests primarily using Cypress, ensuring reliable and maintainable test suites;

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps;

Ensure adequate test coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing;

Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues;

Contribute to the definition of test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards;

Execute API testing using tools such as Postman;

Document test cases, test results, and automation processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.

What you are like:

Proficient in test automation frameworks, with strong hands-on experience in Cypress;

Experience with TestCafe (is a plus);

Solid programming foundation (mandatory), particularly in JavaScript or similar languages;

Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps;

Familiar with API testing concepts and tools such as Postman;

Knowledgeable about performance testing tools such as JMeter or Azure Load Testing;

Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying quality risks;

Fluent in English.
