What is this challenge about:

Enable full-stack solutions through multidisciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and improve quality across the application lifecycle.

Perform continuous testing across security, API, and regression suites.

Define and implement automation strategies and develop automated test scripts.

Support data setup and environment configuration for testing activities.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality standards.

Monitor, analyze, and report defects to support continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing process.

Collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to key technical and quality-related decisions.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting and guiding the team in test execution and management.

Provide solutions to complex problems affecting both the immediate team and cross-team initiatives.

What we are looking for:

+3 years of professional experience in test execution and test management.

Experience implementing quality engineering strategies.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.

Experience in Java (Java 15+).

Experience with Selenium for UI automation.

Experience with Cucumber and BDD practices.

Stong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Living in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Braga (hybrid role)

Fluent level of English and Portuguese
