At KCS IT, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate (QAA). This role is available in Lisbon, Portugal and operates on a hybrid model.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with different types of testing including: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Exploratory Testing, Smoke and Sanity Testing, API Testing (where applicable).
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr.

📋 Requisitos

  • Already living in Portugal.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
