Role Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join a global financial institution offering comprehensive retail, commercial, and corporate banking services with a significant presence across Europe, the Americas, and worldwide.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies for both functional and non-functional testing, as well as estimating the effort and time required for QA activities within projects.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and all relevant documentation, while working closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Active participation in planning and review sessions is expected, with a focus on identifying risks and proposing solutions.

Additionally, the role supports the continuous improvement of QA processes.

What you are like:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;

Proven experience in functional testing;

Proven experience in defining test strategies and effort estimation;

Knowledge of automated testing is valued (not mandatory);

Proactive, us profile with excellent communication abilities.

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
