Our client base includes some of the largest companies in the UK, all using VideoSmart’s services to achieve a range of marketing and servicing objectives.

To improve customer communications using the power of video.
With the help of endless cups of Nespresso, unlimited stashes of biscuits and our beloved ping pong table, we are able to do just that.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance to join our Porto based team and be part of our growing QA function.
You’ll work closely with our core service, ensuring that every video campaign meets our high quality standards and fulfils all client requirements.
You’ll also support new and exciting applications developed by our Projects team, helping maintain consistency and excellence across everything we deliver
General Responsibilities.
Write, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, across VideoSmart and MBA Pulse products
Develop and implement test automation procedures where appropriate
Identify, document, and report defects to relevant teams for resolution
Report discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction
Requirements.
Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in a QA or similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
A keen interest in campaign performance and data-driven results
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (a sense of humour is a plus)
Fluent in Portuguese and English language skills
Preferred Qualities.
Previous experience working with video-based products or campaigns
Understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Some experience in project managing
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Porto office and 2 days working remotely.
