Detalhes da oferta We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a growing technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of digital products and applications.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, testing strategies and continuous improvement, with a strong balance between automation and manual testing.

What you’ll do Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance and reliability; Design, create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements; Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium; Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and validate user experience; Identify, document and track bugs, working closely with development teams for timely resolution; Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle; Design and execute performance tests to validate system scalability and stability under load.

What we’re looking for Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role; Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices; Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit; Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python or JavaScript; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail and a structured testing approach; Good communication and collaboration skills; Good level of English.

Nice to have ISTQB or similar certifications; Experience with performance testing tools; Previous experience within logistics or supply chain environments.
