Description

Main tasks & responsibilities: - Managing reservations online, by email, or by phone.

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with their requests: tours, restaurants, car rentals, etc.

Individual and group clients, with the goal of maximizing the hotel's occupancy.

  • Guest check-in and check-out, administrative processing of course, but above all, welcoming and welcoming guests successfully, striving for maximum satisfaction.
  • Service of drinks during the afternoon and the evening.
  • Cleanliness is an essential element of a hotel's success: the receptionist ensures this through daily checks of rooms and regular inspections of common areas.
  • Maintain the infrastructure at the highest level.
  • Administrative tasks.

Organisation: - 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, from 12h30 to 21h.

  • Seasonal contract: from April to October.

Profile

- Fluent English.

  • Previous experience in high-end hotels. - us, dynamic, proactive and passionate about hospitality: for you, "providing service" is a vocation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability - Knowledge of GuestCentric and Protel is a plus.
