We are seeking experienced and inspiring Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our vibrant new studio in Cascais. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exceptional client retention and growth rates while delivering engaging and dynamic classes.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Deliver high standard group reformer sessions that reflect Revamp’s brand and methodology.
  • Inspire, motivate, and support clients of all fitness levels.
  • Provide clear cueing, hands-on adjustments (when appropriate), and options for regressions/progressions.
  • Build strong connections with clients to encourage retention and consistency.
  • Contribute to the studio community through presence, energy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure the studio and equipment are maintained to high standards before and after classes.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to continuously improve the client experience.

📋 Requisitos

  • Hold a valid TPTEF (Título Profissional de Técnico de Exercício Físico).
  • Completion of a Pilates training program, including Reformer.
  • Teaching experience is welcome but not required; newly qualified instructors are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Academic background in sports, movement, or related fields is valued.
  • Passionate about Pilates and committed to delivering high quality classes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Team-oriented and flexible.
