We´re hiring Reformer Pilates Instructors for a vibrant new studio opening soon in the heart of Cascais!

Job Title: Reformer Pilates Instructor Location: Cascais (Centre) Type: / Freelance (with potential for growth!) Reports to: Studio Manager Revamp Reformer Pilates is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and inspiring Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team and help us to continue delivering exciting and dynamic classes!

If you’re dedicated to delivering exceptional classes, connecting with clients, and being part of a vibrant studio, this opportunity is for you!

Role Summary: We’re looking for someone who can create an uplifting, results-driven, and community-focused class experience.

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Revamp, you’ll deliver high standard group reformer sessions, motivate and challenge clients, and contribute to our exceptional client retention and growth rates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, safe, and effective Reformer Pilates classes that reflect Revamp’s brand and methodology.
  • Inspire, motivate, and support clients of all fitness levels.
  • Provide clear cueing, hands on adjustments (when appropriate), and options for regressions/progressions.
  • Build strong connections with clients, encouraging retention and consistency.
  • Contribute to the studio community through presence, energy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure the studio and equipment are maintained to high standards before and after classes.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to continuously improve the client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid TPTEF (Título Profissional de Técnico de Exercício Físico).
  • Completion of a Pilates training program (including Reformer).
  • Teaching experience is welcome but not required — newly qualified instructors are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is a must; other languages are a plus.
  • Academic background in sports, movement, or related fields is valued.
  • Passionate about Pilates and committed to delivering high quality classes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Team oriented and flexible.
