Career Opportunity German-speaking Customer Consultant Location Lisbon (Hybrid or Fully Remote) Start Date July 10th Your Responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy; Provide support and build long-term customer loyalty; Advise customers on services and offers tailored to their needs.

Your Profile Native or fluent in German, with strong English communication skills being a plus; Previous experience in a contact center environment; Proven sales experience and customer-oriented mindset; Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
