Career Opportunity Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist Location Lisbon (Hybrid or Full Remote) Working Hours Monday to Sunday, between 0700 and 2100 (rotational shifts) Start Date June 19 2026 Your Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from Italian-speaking and English-speaking customers.

Provide technical support (troubleshooting) diagnose issues, resolve problems, and assist users.

Deliver high-quality customer service focused on satisfaction and quick resolution.

Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Contribute to the projects quality, satisfaction, and performance targets.

Profile

Requirements Native or bilingual Italian (C2 level mandatory).

Good command of English (minimum B2).

Comfortable working in a contact-center environment with high call volumes.

Previous experience in technical support, user assistance, troubleshooting, or customer service is a plus.

Empathy, strong communication skills, stress management, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Confident using digital tools and able to follow procedures.
