A Hotshot Receptionist/Bartender is multi-talented and versatile.

Job Summary As a Receptionist/Bartender at our family leisure center, you will be the main point of contact for clients visiting the bowling alley.

Your exceptional customer service skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of the center's offerings will ensure that guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.

Job Responsibilities The job description for a Receptionist/Bartender in a bowling and leisure center may include the following: Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and cleanup Handle transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility Monitor guest activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience Address any malfunctions with bowling equipment or promptly report them to the maintenance department Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, making alcoholic beverages, delivering orders, and clearing tables.

Promote and upsell services, such as arcade games or party packages, to maximize revenue.
