Lead sales and investor relations in a high-growth real estate environment within a fast-paced company based in Lisbon.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Define and lead the execution of sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming residential developments.

📋 Requisitos

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, ideally within a development environment.
  • Solid understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, particularly Lisbon.

  • Comfort working with sales KPIs, CRM systems and interpreting financial performance data.
  • Previous involvement in investor relations or capital raising is highly valued.
