Description

Career Opportunity Sales Coach (German Market) Location Portugal (Fully Remote) Your Responsibilities .

Supporting agents and team leaders in daily business through coaching, side-by-side & Call listening, sales conversation techniques, objection handling and closing skills .

Organize and facilitate small-group workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange among agents .

Support the implementation of monthly sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of sales tar-gets .

Analyze sales performance data, present insights to management, and provide actionable recommenda-tions .

Introduce, train, and promote the effective use of sales tools and systems .

Collaborate closely with team leaders and agents on performance improvement, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction .

Conduct regular call quality reviews and identify recurring improvement opportunities .

Monitor the effectiveness of coaching initiatives and recommend continuous improvements .

Share success stories and best practices across teams to drive a high-performance sales culture .

Identify training needs based on sales results, quality metrics and customer feedback .

Reporting progress and planning to the Operation Manager & Head of for Platinum .

Handling in and outbound calls if required What We Offer .
