Currently in a phase of growth and consolidation, we are strengthening our Admissions Team to meet increasing demand and ensure close and personalised support for the families who trust us.

As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact between Prime School International and families seeking an excellent international education.

Your role will be to understand each family’s needs, present the value proposition of Prime School, and manage the entire admissions process, from the first contact until the final enrolment.

This position requires intercultural sensitivity, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally while representing an institution that believes education means shaping complete citizens for a global world.

Key Responsibilities: Admissions Process: Manage the entire admissions cycle, from lead qualification to final enrolment.

Lead Qualification: Handle initial contact with prospective students and families, assessing interest and fit.

Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain consistent contact by phone and online, ensuring a personalised and high-quality experience.

Campus Visits: Welcome and guide families on-site, integrating the pedagogical aspect of the admissions process.

Database Management: Use CRM tools and reporting systems to monitor and analyse performance indicators.

Closing Enrolments: Conduct negotiations and finalise enrolments with professionalism and accuracy.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with campus directors and the academic team to ensure a seamless and differentiated experience for families.

Profile

Academic Background: Secondary education required (a university degree is preferred but not mandatory).

Sales Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum, preferably in customer-facing roles (education, B2C or B2B).

Technical Skills: Strong ability to command digital tools and solid computer literacy; previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).

Background as a Cambridge student or solid understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum is valued.

Completion of studies within the British education system (IGCSE and/or A-Levels) is valued Personal Profile: Proactive, resilient, pragmatic, with a dynamic and youthful attitude.
