We are hiring: Sales Manager (BPO) Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) Start date: 01/04/2026 We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the BPO sector to join a growing and ambitious operation in Lisbon.

This is a strategic commercial role focused on generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value outsourcing deals.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO market Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level and senior stakeholders) Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals Work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in BPO sales (mandatory) Strong B2B commercial background with experience in complex sales cycles Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) Additional languages will be highly valued Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Results-driven mindset with strategic vision What We Offer: Hybrid work model (Lisbon-based) Permanent contract after 6 months Health insurance from day one Excellent salary package aligned with experience Career growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding environment If you are commercially sharp, confident closing strategic deals, and ready to take ownership of revenue growth, this is the right opportunity for you.
