What is this challenge about:

• End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
• Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
• Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
• Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
• Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes.
• Defining and reviewing test cases.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification;
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development;
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations;
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing;
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD;
• Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers;
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
