Randstad Digital is hiring a SAP Development & Integration Lead for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Architecture & Solution Design

Define and govern the architecture for SAP S/4HANA extensions and SAP BTP solutions.

Design scalable and robust solutions using ABAP RESTful (RAP), CDS Views, extensibility frameworks, and BTP services.

Set integration guidelines for connecting SAP with MES, WMS, industrial systems, and cloud platforms.

Development & Integration

Lead and supervise the entire development lifecycle (E2E): design, development, code review, testing, and deployment.

Ensure development standards, security, code quality, and proper documentation.

Govern integrations with industrial systems, cloud services, and automation platforms.

DevOps & Operations

Implement and promote DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure performance, reliability, and monitoring of production-critical solutions.

Actively contribute to the Clean Core strategy for the S/4HANA program.

Team Leadership

Lead developers, integration specialists, and external partners, fostering productivity, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

Plan team capacity, prioritize work, and manage the development roadmap.

Promote best practices, engineering excellence, and technology innovation.

Requisitos

/requirements

+7 years in SAP development, solution architecture, and integration in S/4HANA environments.

Strong hands-on experience with modern ABAP (Eclipse/ADT), RAP, OData, CDS, and S/4HANA extensibility.

Deep knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, and Event Mesh.

Practical experience integrating with MES, WMS, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and modern integration patterns (REST APIs, events).

Programming skills in ABAP, Java, C#, and JavaScript (preferred).

Proven experience managing technical teams and external suppliers.

Ability to define a technical vision, guide the team, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Experience in industrial environments or SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, MES/WMS (Pus).
