Client DetailsOur client is a multinational services company working on the expansion of the Shared Service Centre it implemented in Porto.Description Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure SAP systems effectively support operations: Support the integration of SAP S/4HANA with internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality; Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to enable effective use of the SAP system; Lead core model alignment workshops with business process owners and implementation partners; Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements; Ensure functional and technical solutions comply with business needs and organizational standards; Facilitate knowledge transfer of functional and technical processes to Application Maintenance Support teams.

Profile

SAP S/4HANA Retail expertise, with hands-on experience in greenfield transformation projects; Familiarity with SAP VIM, SAP Rebate Settlement, S/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities, SAP BTP, and Custom Application Development; Proficient in configuring SAP FI and VIM to align Accounts Payable processes with best practices; Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and end-users; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; SAP certifications are a plus; Leadership skills to guide and motivate technical teams effectively; Strong prioritization and time management abilities; Adaptability to changing project scopes, stakeholder needs, and technology advancements; Fluency in English required; French and Italian proficiency are advantageous.
