Were hiring a SAP Solutions Architect | Leading Beverage Industry Project Location Vialonga Hybrid (2x/week on-site) Contract Direct hire with the client Our client is a leading Portuguese multinational in the beverage industry, part of a global group, recognized for its iconic brands and strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.
They are now looking for a SAP Solutions Architect to join their Digital & Technology (D&T) team, playing a key role in designing, leading, and optimizing SAP Supply Chain solutions that support large-scale operations in Portugal and across international markets.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of SAP Supply Chain solutions (SAP S/4HANA) aligned with business requirements and global architectural standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying and assessing emerging technologies and their applicability to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales) to ensure full end-to-end integration of solutions.
- Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, facilitating discussions and aligning solution designs with corporate strategy.
- Support change management initiatives, promoting adoption of new digital ways of working and ensuring governance across the SAP landscape.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and team members when required.
- Ensure all solutions comply with security, risk, and compliance standards.
What Were Looking For - Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent (Masters preferred).
- 6 years of relevant experience in complex, multinational environments, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in at least one SAP Supply Chain module such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), WM/EWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management), or IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
- Experience in SAP integration, interfaces, and ABAP (advantage).
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Aforza, Power Delivery System, or Routyn is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver large-scale IT solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
