Must-Have:
3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration projects
Proven track record in successfully implementing and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & - Goals, Succession and Development, People Analytics)
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other iPaaS.
Knowledge on understanding business requirements and technical components
Fluent or good knowledge of English
Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Would be great if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
SAP Certification
Experience in designing, building, and deploying other SAP-based ERP solutions
