What is this challenge about

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.);
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training;
  • Prepare functional documentation and progress reports;
  • Monitor system updates, improvements, and best practices on the platform;
  • Act as a point of contact for questions and technical support related to SAP SuccessFactors;

What we are looking for

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules (HR, Performance, Recruiting, or Learning);
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or optimization projects;
  • Knowledge of integrations with other HRIS systems;
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Proactive and results-oriented profile;
