THE JOB OPENING

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SCRUM MASTER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

YOU WILL

Independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help the team deliver on sprint goals.

Maintain and improve Scrum artifacts and team metrics.

Deliver work that meets scope, deadlines, and quality standards with minimal supervision.

Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and process concerns to the team.

Ask for help when needed and proactively assist peers when capable.

Promote team standards for agile processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Participate in process reviews, receiving and incorporating feedback.

Continuously improve facilitation skills through learning and feedback.

Explore solutions when facing unfamiliar team or process problems.

Take ownership of personal development and actively engage in team learning opportunities.

Show initiative by picking up new tools, frameworks, or responsibilities over time.

Take responsibility for assigned facilitation tasks and deliver them with accountability.

Escalate problems appropriately and contribute to resolving team impediments.

Support ongoing improvements to agile processes, tooling, or documentation.

Participate in organizational agile transformation and scaling initiatives.

Contribute to improving the overall agile framework through refactoring or modernization.

Propose and document process improvements with trade-offs in performance, cost, and maintainability.

YOU HAVE

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

SAFe certification is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
