About

the job

The purpose of the Scrum Master is to to coordinate and coach software development team.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have a good knowledge of the scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects.

We will rely on you to:

  • Be responsible for coach team members in Agile frameworks;
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups;
  • Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests;
  • Manage project scope and timelines.

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP);
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
