Securty Patching Operations - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for:

Hard Skills:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in IT industry
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012R2/ 2016/ 2019/ 2022 etc..) and basic knowledge of troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system
  • Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions
  • 12:00AM-8:00AM CET time zone as focus

Nice to Have:

  • Hyper-V & Veritas cluster concepts
  • SNOW tooling
  • Email Etiquettes
  • Security++ concepts
  • Ability to follow processes that drive improvement and quality
  • Self-starter and proactive attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex information in a well-structured manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid relationships
